• Use Hivvy for scams, spam, or unauthorized advertising.
• Violate community guidelines, which evolve to protect the experience for all users.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

Some content and Hives may be gated or paid. All payments made through Hivvy are final unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for any charges you incur. We may offer refunds at our discretion.

6. Termination

You can deactivate your account at any time in your settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use Hivvy in a way that harms others or the platform.
Termination does not relieve you of obligations like outstanding payments or legal accountability for misconduct.

All trademarks, branding, software, and platform design remain the property of Hivvy. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our platform without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Hivvy is provided “as is.” We make no guarantees about uptime, data accuracy, or uninterrupted service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
